- Once the filling is ready. Make equal parts.
- Smooth the dough. Make equal balls out of dough.
- Now take rolling- pin, roll the dough in small poori, place the filling balls.
- Sealed the dough with filling.
- Roll it again slowly. So the filling won't come out.
- Now take a griddle(tava) on low flame. Roast the Pooran Pori on both the side. Once it is done. Take it on a plate and apply ghee on it
- Served with Aloo Sukhi Bhaji And Kadhi. The Plating.
