  2. Add Poha and 1/2 cup water to curd. Mix well and keep it aside
  3. Whisk remaining curd in separate bowl and keep it aside
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add semolina and turmeric. Roast until fragrant
  5. Add Poha mixture with whisked curd, 1/4 cup water and salt. Mix everything well together
  6. Add green chillies and sugar. Keep stirring until mixture completely leaves the sides. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Switch off
  7. Grease square dish. Add Dhokla to the dish and level evenly. Allow to cool to set
  8. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add hing and switch off
  9. In the same pan, add green chillies, sesame seeds and mix well
  10. Add this seasoning over the Dhokla. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves. Cut in squares and serve with green chutney
