  1. Marinate prawns overnight in green ginger garlic paste, Aromat, lemongrass powder, turmeric, chilli powder, grounded black pepper, red chilli flakes JoJo's sauce, zest, lime leaves and garlic micorgrated
  2. Melt 2 tbsp garlic parsley butter and add the prawns
  3. Cook till water is released from prawns
  4. Remove prawns from pan into a separate bowl
  5. Add 2 tbsp more parsley butter and 1 1/2 tbsp flour to the liquid released from the prawns in the pan - Whisk till no lumps remain and the mixture starts to foam
  6. Add 1 cup of milk and whisk till it thickens
  7. Add the prawns back to the pan with the white sauce (use a spoon now as white sauce should be smooth)
  8. Add Nando's sauce and JoJo's sauce
  9. Keep on the stove (on medium heat) for about 5-8 minutes to infuse with the prawns and reduce
  10. Let the mixture cool. As the mixture cools it will thicken up more
  11. Fill and paste moons
  12. Dip in egg then in Kellogg's crumbs. Deep fry until golden in frying oil.
