  4. Add 2 C. heavy cream and simmer 5-10 minutes or until sauce coats the back of a spoon. Stir in cheeses, until melted, add shrimp and spinach, cook until spinach is wilty and shrimp is slightly pink. Remove from heat
  5. Turn oven on to broil. Place pasta in a greased 2 quart baking dish (I use glass) add shrimp and spinach mixture and fold in to pasta. Top with a sprinkle of italian blend cheese, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Broil for 5-10 minutes until brown and bubbly.
